*Rules:* 1/4 size chart paper. Crayons/watercolours/sketch pens/pencils allowed. Duration: 1 hour
*Submission:* High-clearance photo + 30-sec time-lapse video OR photo of student holding drawing
*2. SPEECH COMPETITION (Categories 3, 4 & 5 only)*
