SWESWA Drawing Competition & Art Exhibition
Objective : Students of these days have lot of potential in them when it
comes to imagination, creativity and art. All we need to do is, encourage them to explore new ideas. For this every year we are conducting the drawing competition & Art exhibition to motivate and improve their drawing skill and this year we are conducting open drawing competition & Art exhibition for all school students on Sunday 13 October 2019.

Terms and Conditions
Drawing Competition
❖ Participation is mandatory for SWESWA students.
❖ Only A4 Chart will be provided at the venue.
❖ Students have to bring their own drawing materials like Pencil, Markers, Crayons, Oil Pastels, Water color, Writing pad, Waste cloth, Scale.
❖ Duration of the drawing competition is one hour.
Category Theme
1 – Pre Kg , L.K.G , U.K.G Coloring
2 – 1st std to 3rd Std Cartoon Character
3 – 4th std to 6th std Save Water
4 – 7th std to 9th std Go Green
Art Exhibition
❖ Theme for art exhibition drawing is student’s choice.
❖ Participants should submit two drawings in A3 size each.
❖ Out of two, one best drawing would be selected and will be kept in Art Exhibition display.
❖ Drawings will not be returned.
General Instruction
❖ Registration fee will not be returned.
❖ Judges decision will be final.
❖ Drawings will not be returned.
❖Students are requested to assemble 15 minutes before at the venue.
❖ Participants should bring their school ID card as Proof.

❖ Registration fee for Drawing competition– Rs.200

(Participants should submit two drawings A3 size each and out of two one best drawing would be selected and will be kept in Art Exhibition display)

❖ Last date to submit drawings for Art Exhibition 06 October 2019.
Awards – Drawing Competition
❖ Winners will be selected for first 3 places in each category and will be honoured with Trophy / Medal and Certificate
❖ Certificate of participation will be given for all participants

❖ Best Presentation Award will be given for 10 Selected Participants
❖ Certificate of participation will be given for all participants
