Clap Hands Culturals Season 1 details are as follows, for registration parents can log in to www.claphands.in
Eligibility Criteria – 2nd STD to 12th STD
Rules & Regulations:
• Students shall participate in either one or all three events.
• School ID is mandatory to confirm their age and class.
• Performance videos to be sent to email id: claphandsculturals@gmail.com with mentioning student name, class, age, participation event.
•The last date for submission of video for performance is 22nd of April and the same will be uploaded by 30th April 2021 on Clap Hands social media platform.
• Results will be announced on May 16th 2021 by Judges via zoom call, where all participants will be connected. Timing will be intimated later.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• All Participants will receive “E Certificates” to register email id after the event is completed.
• Winners will receive a Certificate and Trophy to a registered address.
• Clear HD video 720p or 1080p.
• Live audio to be recorded.
Time Duration Dance – 3 min to 5 min’s / Singing – 3 mins to 5 min’s / Speech – 3 min’s
Email format:
1. Subject: “Participation Event – Class” e.x. Western Dance – 2nd class.
2. Email content: Student Name/Class/Parents contact number (same number entered for registration), Location.
3. Videos must receive on or before 22nd April 2021
Video Content Criteria:
1. School ID cards must be displayed before starting the video. (To confirm Student name, class & Age this content will not be upload in the public forum)
2. To confirm the date of video recorded, the current of the newspaper should be displayed before performing.
3. Minimum 3 ft distance from the camera to be maintained.
4. The participant’s eye contact should be on the camera.
Singing competition:
1. Karaoke shall be used.
2. Classical or Western must be informed before starting the video.
3. No Prompt is allowed.
4. The video should take in a single shot, with no editing/merging.
5. No original song should be played or heard in the background.
Dance Competition:
1. No abusive word songs to be used.
2. Video recording must take in a single shot, no editing or merging allowed.
3. Songs can be from any language.
4. Only Solo Performance allowed.
Speech Competition:
1. Speech should be in English / Tamil
2. Topic about ” Life after Corona Pandemic”
3. Live audio to be recorded.
4. No prompt or malpractices are allowed.

Dance Western / Classical –
Category 1: Class 2nd to Class 5th.
Category 2: Class 6th to 9th.
Category 3: Class 10th to 12th.
Singing Western / Classical
Category 1: Class 2nd to Class 5th.
Category 2: Class 6th to 9th.
Category 3: Class 10th to 12th
Speech English / Tamil
Category 1: Class 2nd to Class 5th.
