Rules & Regulations:
Pongal making competitions: Timing: 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Ø Participants have to prepare Sweet Pongal making use of the ingredients provided to them.
Ø Ingredients, Mud Pot, and fire wood stove, will be provided at the venue.
Ø Participants can only use ingredients provided to them
Ø Participants will have to complete the dish in 1 hour.
Ø Winner will be judged based on taste and presentation
Ø Pre Registration is compulsory
Ø Registration closes by 11th Jan 5 Pm
Ø Registration fee Rs.100 to be paid at the time of registration.
