Shristi School of Fine Arts organizes Inter-school Competitions for children in dance, music, drawing and embroidery. The contests will be held from September 23 to 26 as part of the Schools Friendship Day celebrations.
Venue: Andal Kalyana Mandapam, LB Road, Adyar.
September 23, 2012: Instrumental Music Competition (Group, Solo, Indian and Western music), Vocal Music (Group, Solo, Classical and light)
September 24, 2012: Drawing and Painting Competition
Competitions with a topic for ages five to eight, free-style drawing with colour crayon for ages nine to 12, free-style drawing through pencil shading, with a topic and story illustration for ages 12 to 19.
September 25, 2012: Embroidery Contest for girls aged 13 to 20
Dance for ages 5 to 16 (folk and Western dance (group), and Classical dance (solo))
Registration open from September 15, 2012.
