Rules:
1.Forward, backward, twist – any one asana from each category is to be performed for 15 secs( total 3 asanas to be done)
2.Kindly wear comfortable dress.
3.All participants will get certificates. Trophies for winners and medals for other participants.
4.Decision of judge is final.
5.Performance to be given between 10am to 12pm. Prize distribution at 12.30pm
