Math Conceptual Clarity Workshop April 2022.

For Grade 6 & 7 : 10.30am to 12.00pm
For Grade 8 & 9 : 2.00pm to 3.30pm
This workshop builds conceptual clarity and develops the problem-solving ability of a student around a topic. We will work on the ground-up approach to cover basics and build techniques to solve problems effectively.
Workshop Modules
Fundamentals of Algebra for Std 6 & 7
• Revision: Exponents, Factorization & Primes
• Variables, Expressions and Number Sentences
• Solving Equations with simplification techniques
• Application Problems (e.g. Time & distance, Ratio & Proportion, etc)
Geometry for Std 8 and 9
• Revision of basics – lines, angles, areas, quadrilaterals
• Deep dive into Triangle Geometry
• Circle Geometry – Angles, Chords, Tangents, Inscribed Quadrilaterals
• Introduction to Trigonometry
