DRAWING COMPETITION-CLEAN CHENNAI
On the occasion of the Seventh Anniversary of the Hepzibah Trust and the Hepzibah
Institute of Heritage Conservation a drawing competition for the school students is
scheduled to be conducted on 7th, 14th , 21nd and 28th February 2016. The title of the drawing competition is “CLEAN CHENNAI”.
Venue: The competition will be conducted at 21, V.O.C. Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Chennai-600 078 near K.K. Nagar. The landmark is Ajantha Tailors Bus Stop.
The drawing competition will be conducted for seven different groups.
L.K.G and U.K.G. Students : 07-02-2016, 10 to 1 pm(In two groups)
Each time 50 students only will be permitted
1st and 2nd Standard Students -07-02-2016, From 2 to 5 pm(In two groups)
Each time 50 students only will be permitted
3rd and 4th Standard Students -14-02-2016, 10 to 1 pm
(In two groups)Each time 50 students only will be permitted
5th and 6th Standard Students -14-02-2016, From 2 to 5 pm
(In two groups) Each time 50 students only will be permitted
7th and 8th Standard Students -21-02-2016, 10 to 1 pm (In two groups)

9th and 10th Standard Students -21-02-2014, From 2 to 5 pm(In two groups)

11th and 12th Standard Students -28-02-2016, From 10 to 1 pm (In two groups)

Participants of the art competition will be given only A3 drawing sheets. The time given to complete the drawing/painting will be one and a half hours. Paint, brushes and other accessories should be brought by the participants. They should take back the materials.
Nobody will be allowed to copy pictures or to help the participants. Neither the parents nor the teachers will be permitted into the hall.
The winners of the competition will be informed through their mobile/telephone number if they had written their phone numbers in the drawing sheets with the school address. If the numbers are not given the information they may kindly get the result from the winners’ list in the office during office hours on Saturday, 6th March 2016 or telephoning to 044-24745944. The prizes and certificates will be given in the function which will be held at 4.00 pm on Monday, 8th March 2016.
