*Objective:* To celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day, promoting unity and patriotism through a unique culinary experience.
*Participation Options:*
1. *Cooked Tricolor Food Item:* Prepare and display a tricolor food item on a plate, demonstrating the method of preparation.
2. *Tricolor Vegetables or Ingredients:* Display tricolor vegetables or ingredients in a creative arrangement (no cooking required).
*Rules:*
1. *Registration:* Last date – August 13, 2024
2. *Event Schedule:* August 15, 2024, between 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (IST) via Google Meet (time slots will be allotted for registered participants, maximum display time – 10 minutes)
*Selection Criteria:*
1. *Uniqueness:* Neat and unique display
2. *Creativity:* Innovative presentation and use of tricolor ingredients
3. *Appearance:* Visual appeal and aesthetics of the dish
4. *Patriotism:* Incorporation of Indian flags, colors, or themes
*Prizes:*
– *Best Tricolor Food Item:* Achievement Certificate + Medal + Trophy
– *Most Creative Presentation:* Achievement Certificate + Medal + Trophy
– *All Registered Participants:* Certificate + Medal (benefits will be couriered within 12 days from the results)
