*MAXIMUM STANDING YOGA ASANAS DONE IN MINUTES 10 TO EMPHASIZE YOGA FOR BODY, MIND AND SOUL*

🧘♂️ No age limit
🧘♀️Online /Offline participation available
🧘♂️ Individuals, Groups ( Yoga centres, Schools, colleges ) can register
👍Participant should register their *Name, Age, Photograph and address along with Registration fee Screenshot*.
👍For online participation
*Option1*
Participant should send their 10 minutes Standing yoga asana video through Whatsapp or Mail: Jackhibookofworldrecords@gmail.com ( Video should not be a edited one )
*Option 2*
Participant should perform through Google/ Zoom link
*Date and Time will be notified by the panel* ( Preferable date: 16, 23 and 30 June )
👍 For offline participation
Participant can join with the organizer who arrange Offline participation. ( Schools, colleges, private Yoga centres are eligible to organize the Offline participation – If the participant counting is more than 200 JBWR Adjudicator will be present at the venue for Adjudication and spot Certification )
👍Dress code : White and White
👍Participants should perform maximum standing yoga asanas within 10 minutes. ( Each yoga pose should be in a proper posture and perfect finishing ).
👍Standing Yoga asanas chart will be provided to choose the asanas.
🧘♀️ Each registered Participant will receive a JBWR Certificate and Medal.
🧘♀️ Highest number of Yoga performer ( Proper uniform, Perfect finishing, Correct posture ) in each category ( Age *2 to 6*, *7 to 11*, *12 to 16*, *17 plus*) will be awarded with Special title.
🧘♂️ *Judges decision is Final*
