6) Account Details for Payment
Payment is mandatory while registration.
GPAY: 7338982179 (HD Learning Centre)
(Pls mention the Participant name in the Remarks section without fail).
7) No spot registration or payment entertained. No refund of Registration fee is entertained. The amount will be refunded only if the organizers cancel the event for any reason.
8) The participant needs to wear school Id card (current year) or a name card (with name, std, phone number) if there is no school Id card
9) Every participant will get a surprise gift and a participation certificate.
10) Top 3 winners for each event per group will be awarded. Consolation Prizes will be based on number of participants in each event. If there are no sufficient number of participants in each group, they may be combined with immediate next group for judgement. The organizers decision is final.
11) A Separate WhatsApp group will be created for each Class group. The results will be announced on the same day after 2 PM in respective WhatsApp Groups and prize distribution will be done between 4 to 5 PM.
12) If a child participates in more than one event, the organisers will make sure that he or she is made to participate in all.
13) The basic stationery items required for each event has to be brought by the participants.
14) Judges’ decision is final

Details of Each Event
1. Group T – Toddlers
Dress Up (04:30 PM)
This is open to kids upto 2.5 years.
This is not a competition. Its only an opportunity to the kids to be on stage. The first experience on stage for the kids has to be encouraging. The kid can dress up in any costume and one parent can be with the child on stage.
All the kids will be given a memento and a participation certificate.
2. Group P – Pre kg
Events
Fancy Dress – 10:00 AM
One Minute Game – 10:30 AM
Coloring – 11:30 AM
Requirements
1) Fancy Dress
The kid can dress up in any costume. He or she may talk a few lines if possible. Time duration 1 – 2 mts. The kid can dress up from home and attend the competition at the prescribed timing
2) Coloring
A4 Coloring sheet (Strawberry) will be given to the participant. He or she has to color using Wax Crayons. Timing 1/2 Hour
3) One Minute Game
The participant along with the parent can participate in this event. A task will be given and parent has to only guide the child in finishing the task within 1 minute.

Requirements for Group L & U (LKG & UKG)
1) Wear & Talk
LKG – Fruits
The cutouts of following Fruits are available in the venue:
1. Red Apple
2. Pine Apple

UKG – Vegetables
The cutouts of following Vegetables are available in the venue:
1. Brinjal
2. Tomato
3. Carrot
4. Red Chilli
5. Beetroot
6. Green Chilli
7. Bottle Gourd
8. Tender Coconut
9. Bitter Gourd
10. Capsicum
The participant can select one among the above cutouts, prepare a few sentences about the same. On the event day, the participant can wear it in the centre and talk a few sentences about the same. Only one cutout is allowed for a participant. Time duration 1 – 2 mts.
2) Rhymes Recitations
The participant can recite rhyme (English or Tamil). Only one rhyme per participant. Props can be used. Time 1-2 mts.
3) One Minute Game
The participant along with the parent can participate in this event. A task will be given and parent has to only guide the child in finishing the task within 1 minute.
4) Coloring
LKG – Outline of Different Fruits
UKG – Outline of Different Vegetables
Single A4 sheet with above outlines will be given to the participant. He or she has to color all of them using Wax Crayons. Timing 1/2 Hour. The participant need to bring all the wax crayons.

Requirements for Group A & B
I) Thirukkural Recitation
Group A – 10 Kurals
Group B – 20 Kurals
The participant has to recite the above Kurals within the given time of 3-4 mts. It can be from any Adhigaram. The selected kurals has to be written on a A4 paper and given to judges before reciting. No meaning is required.
II) Writing
Group A – CVC Words
The participant will be asked to write words pertaining to any of the given 10 CVC words. The participant has to know to write words for all the given CVC based on which the judgement will be given. Time 15 mts
Group B – Tables
The participant will be asked to write all the tables 2 to 10 tables (till 12 multiples). Time 15 mts
III) Reading
The participant will be given a passage (English / Tamil) based on his or her choice and will be asked to read.
Time 2-3 mts
IV) Clay Modelling
Group A – Shapes
Group B – Fruits/Vegetables
The participant has to bring his or her own clay and other materials to do the modelling. The modelling has to be done on an A4 size cardboard with white background paper. Time 1/2 hour
6. Group C – V & VI std

Group D – Seasons
The participant has to bring his or her own clay and other materials to do the modelling. The modelling has to be done on an A4 size cardboard with white background paper. Time 1/2 hour
II) Word Game (Categories)
Group C – 1 Category
Group D – 2 Categories
The participant will be given category names for eg: building, nature etc. The participant has to list all the words related to the given categories. The participant with maximum related words is the winner. Time 5 mts.
III) Aptitude Problems
This is a maths based event. The participant has to answer the aptitude problems within the given time. time 15 mts
IV) Thirukkural Writing With Adigarams
Group C – 20 Kurals (Time 20 mts)
Group D – 30 Kurals with Adigaram Names (Time 30 mts)
The participant will be asked to write kurals within the given time limit. It can be from any adigaram
Group E – 9th std to College Level
Fireless Cooking -12:30 PM
Open category
Waste 2 Wow
This is open to All Event. Any WOW item out of waste can be done at home and brought to the venue for display before 2 pm. The prize winners for this event alone will be from across the groups. Any elders can help in making this item for small children.
