Code Battle is a series of coding challenges hosted by Codingal for school kids. The series will be conducted every 2nd Saturday of the month at 3 PM. The 1st of the series will happen on May 8, 2021, at 3 PM IST
The purpose of this challenge is to help them to hone their coding skills. Participants can solve coding problems using any of the common coding languages: C, C++, Java, and Python.

Format
10 coding-related problems to be solved in 2 hours
Each problem will have a point value
The difficulty of problems as they progress
Point value increases with the difficulty level
A leader board will display the winners in real-time.
Agenda
The virtual competition will be held for a duration of 2 hours.
Date – May 8, 2021
Time – 3:00 PM IST to 5:00 PM IST
The result will be announced via a leader board which will be shared on the competition page itself after 1 hour of the competition
Prizes
The winner will get Amazon voucher worth INR 2000
1st Runner Up will get Amazon voucher worth INR 1500
2nd Runner Up will get Amazon voucher worth INR 1000
Top 3 will also get Codingal merchandise.
Who should participate?
Students of Grade 8-12 across India can participate in the competition. The team size will consist of one member. Any number of students from the same school can participate. It’s FREE for everyone to participate!
