About the Competition !
 
Kalakriti Art Foundation is a NGO Registered under Society Act 1860, Govt of Jharkhand. Working for the development of art and culture and social service since 19 years. This is the Platform which aims to provide quality solutions to objectives through the medium of Competition.
 
On the occasion of New Year 2021 lets express your belief and feelings towards New Hopes and wishes of coming year through, Paintings and Sketching. So under the aegis of Kalakriti Art Foundation, an online art competition is being organized on this occasion. Obviously, the theme of all the artistic creations have to be situated within the Country, and also the entries can come from anywhere in the world.
 
Please read and be sure you understand thoroughly the Rules and Regulation for participating in this competition.
 
ART COMPETITION RULES
The following are the rules for entering theCOLOURS OF HOPE, All India Online Painting Competition 2021.

YEAR OF HOPE 2021:
Group A : Welcoming 2021/New Year (नववर्ष का स्वागत / नव वर्ष )
Group B : Your Wish for 2021 ( नव वर्ष की आपकी अभिलाषाएं )
Group C & D : 2021 Year of HOPE ( आशाओं का वर्ष 2021)
 
It is important to read the rules and procedures before submitting work to us. Please follow the theme of each competition. If you have any questions regarding the theme and its interpretation, contact us at kalakritisoa@gmail.com. We will help you with the submission process.
 
  • This is a National level competition and any one Indian can participate across the Globe.
  • One participant can submit any number of entries with separate participation fee for each entry.
  • All the entries will be divided in below mentioned age groups & Evaluation will be done accordingly.
  • Competition is open to all students (Class Nur/Prep/KG to Class 12th) and Graduation & Above and professionals
  • The work must be made by the participant at their own.
  • Files must be in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Files may not exceed 1 MB.
  • No art previously submitted in any other competition.
  • Experimental and mixed techniques are welcome.

Colour to be used and Paper Size:
  • Any colour medium to be used for painting
  • Any size of paper is allowed after selection you may ask to send/submit original paintings with organizers.
 
GROUPS & PARTICIPATION/REGISTRATION FEE Maximum 5 Entries per person is allowed with seperate fee for each submission :
All the entries will be divided in below mentioned age groups & Evaluation will be done accordingly.
 
    • Group A : Class NURSERY/KG/PREP/1 to 3 – Participation Fee Rs. 260/-
    • Group B : Class 4 to 7 – Participation Fee Rs. 310/-
    • Group C : Class 8 to 12 – Participation Fee Rs. 360/-
    • Registration fees are Non-Refundable
    • No entry will be accepted without participation fee. Entries considered vaild after fee payment is validated.
 
THE CONTEST ENTRY MUST NOT:
Contain content, material or any element that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of, or contrary to, all applicable national, state, or local, laws and regulations.
Use any content, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity or that violates a third party’s publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights.
In case of any fraud or mischief found on the part of the entrant, he/she will be deemed to be disqualified from this Contest.
 
AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS:
      • All participants will recieve digital participants certificate and a Photo collage.
      • GOLD MEDAL      : 5 Winners from each group will get a Gold medal and National Winner Certificate.
      • SILVER MEDAL   : 10 Winners from each group will get a Silver medal and National Winner Certificate
      • BRONZE MEDAL : 15 Winners from each group will get a Bronze medal and National Winner Certificate
      • Others surprises too..
      • SOCIAL MEDIA WINNER : ( TOP 5 based on likes only ) Get chance to get featured in our Winner Videos and also get National winner Certificate of Recognition.
 
Note: Courier and packaging/handling charges will be borne by the Winners. Winners will be updated/ contacted about the claim process personally.
 
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Last Date : 20th JANUARY 2021
The online painting competition is open to all Indian Citizen around the world who have completed the age of 4 years and above. The Contest begins on 01st JANUARY 2021 and the closing date for receipt of entries will be 20th JANUARY 2021 midnight (IST) (“Contest Period”). All dates are subject to change.
 
HOW TO ENTER:
Click on SUBMIT PAINTING button given in this page top and bottom. Fill the form and uplaod your entry.
 
NO ENTRY accepted through WhatsApp or E-Mail
 
IMAGE PREPARATION:
Prepare your images before beginning the submission process. Submissions are only accepted via the kalakriti School of Arts online process.
 
Digital image files must meet the following specifications:
      • JPG/JPEG files only
      • Do not send images of your artwork, which have been framed or contain watermarks.
      • Here are two sources to resize your images resizeimage.net and webresizer.com.
      • We may color correct your images in order to enhance the overall presentation. We may crop your images for formatting purposes for use in the Poster, Event Catalogue, other off-site slide shows, YouTube presentations, other presentations and for other areas of the website if your images are chosen.
 
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION :
Every artist whose artwork is chosen for that Competition will receive an email notification with other Instructions.
 
RESULTS :
Results will be announced at our Website, Social media page and YouTube Channel and also updated through WhatsApp in the month of Feb 2021
 
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
All the Drawings or Paintings are judged on the basis of ICE-PAPA approach (Innovation, Creativity, Engaging, Perfection, Age of Artist, Presentation and Artistic Ability)
 
JUROR:
The Juror of the art competition will be Mr. Dhananjay Kumar eminent artist and founder of Kalakriti Art Foundation and he may be assisted by other art professionals when they are available.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Do Not Use Someone Else’s Submittable Account to Submit Your Entries to Our Art Competitions. This Causes Confusion, Errors and Wastes Time during Our Administration Process.  When we find such entries, we will Reject the Artist’s Entire Submission.   Thank You for Your Cooperation.
