Group 1: Pre-Primary
DRAWING CONTEST:
Group 2: 1st & 2nd
Group 3: 3rd & 4th
Group 4: 5th & 6th
Group 5: 7th & 8th
Please note: • Each group will get 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes. • Children can draw during the given time, under the inspection of judges through Google meet and submit through Google form, which will be mailed to you on the day of the contest. • All the participants will get the participation certificates. • The decision of the judges is final.
BELOW INSTRUCTIONS TO BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED :
1. The colouring/drawing should be related to the topic.
2. It should be originally coloured or drawn by the participant, independently, without any help in colouring/drawing by holding hands.
3. Creative ideas or suggestions can be shared to the participants only during the time of practicing.
NO IDEAS SHOULD BE SHARED, DURING THE CONTEST TIME.
4. Once the colouring / drawing is finished by the participant, take a clear photo of the same in landscape view and send it to us before 11:15 a.m. (parents/elders, should take the responsibility in the genuine work and submission)
5. Google meet and the submission link will be shared one day before the contest day.
6. Materials that can be used:
- A4 or A3 sheet size paper or chart - Stationery - pencils, erasers, & sharpener - Try your best to draw lines without using scale (and get extra points) - Crayons/ colour pencils/ paints - Group 1 - Colour pencils/Oil pastels/paints - Group 2 - Oil pastels/ Soft pastels/paints - Group 3 - 5
7. Any copying/sending of copyright pictures will be rejected. 8. Prizes will be decided based on the following categories, out of 50 points: - Originality (10 points) - Creativity (10 points) - Strokes (10 points) - Topic (10 points) - Confidence on topic when asked - Google meet (10 points) PARENTS/ELDERS WHOEVER IS GUIDING THE PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BE GENUINE AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THE RULES & REGULATIONS.
