DRAWING COMPETITION-LOVING MOTHER
During the Ninth Anniversary of the Hepzibah Trust and the Hepzibah Institute of Heritage
Conservation (HeriCons), a drawing competition for the school students is being scheduled

from 10 am to 6 pm.
The title of the drawing competition is “LOVING MOTHER”.

The drawing competition will be conducted for six different groups
1. L.K.G and U.K.G. students,
2. 1st and 2nd Standard Students,
3. 3rd and 4th Standard Students,
4. 5th and 6th Standard Students,
5. 7th and 8th Standard Students and
6. 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Std Students.

The lower class students should either be accompanied by the teachers or parents.

Participants of the competition will be given only an A3 drawing sheet. Paint, brushes and
other tools should be brought by the participants. They should take back the materials
brought by them. Nobody will be allowed to draw seeing any pictures. Neither the parents
nor teachers will be permitted into the hall. Duration is one and a half hour.

The winners of the competition will be informed through their mobile/telephone number if
they had given their contact numbers. If the mobile numbers are not given the information
may kindly be got from the list in the office during office hours on Saturday, 3 d March 2018.

The prizes and certificates of participation will be given in the function which will be held at 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 8th March 2017. The winners are requested to participate in the function in their school uniform and ID card accompanied either by the teachers or parents. The entry fee is only Rs. 10.
