Rules & Regulations:
1) Each kid will be given a participation certificate and a small gift.
2) Only first 15 registrations are accepted per event.
3) The coloring paper will be provided on the competition date
4) Coloring materials and pads to be brought by the participants.
5) Prior registration over phone is mandatory.
6) Results will be announced within half an hour after the event completion.
7) Only first three prizes will be awarded.
8) Judges decision will be final.
