National Talents Registry organizing Ulaga Nayagan Awards 2015 in association with South Chennai {city) Kamal Hassan Narpani Iyakkam at Sir P. T. Thyagaraya Hall, G. N. Chetty Road, T. Nagar, Chennai on 1st November 2015.
There are four events: Dancing, Drawing, Fancy Dress and Singing.
Medals and certificates will be awarded to all the contestants.
The winners will be receiving the awards from Padma Bhushan Dr. Kamal Hassan on a later date (tentatively on 7th November 2015).
