Accepted Medium : WATER COLOR / ACRYLICS. Mixed media entries are accepted but, watermedia must be the dominant element.
Any subject or theme is acceptable. Participation in this contest is absolutely free. Please do not send painting related to violence, drugs or adult themes.

Participants have to send the photograph of drawing/ painting to art4picasso@gmail.com with his NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE COMPLETED, STATE & COUNTRY. The subject of e-mail should be Annual International Watercolor Art Contest 2015. Fill the Online Form too.
