Govt.of India Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board announces 5th National Painting Competition on Water Conservation – 2014 for School Children of 6th, 7th and 8th standards.
The painting competition will be held in three stages,namely,School,State and National Level. The State level winners and National level winners will be awarded cash prizes.
School Principals are requested to organize painting competition of 2 hours duration at their schools. Paintings may be made in A3/A4 size sheets and any type of colours can be used by students.
The school authorities can select the best 3 paintings and sent to the nodal officers.
The theme for the painting competition is : ‘SAVE WATER, LIVE BETTER’
