General Rules & Regulations:
1. Kids can enroll through following ways
a) Can send entry to contact@theephoenixacademy.com with subject: kids Name/class and content of the mail should have no of events /contact number /school name.
b) Can send SMS with kids details to 9500046856, 9500046821.
c) Phoenix academy kindly request you to deposit your registration fee
2. Strictly spot entries are not allowed.
3. Registration fee can also be directly collected by schools for more than 10 Kids.
4. Kids should bring age identity proof and also the registration fee proof.
5. Kids should bring all necessary things except chart for drawing or colouring.
6. No Properties is allowed for Rhymes, Storytelling and action Rhymes.
7. Kids will be allowed to perform in the events in the registration sequence.
8. Prizes will be distributed at the end of each event.
9. The Phoenix Academy reserves the right to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof and also to cancel/alter any modifications on all events.
10. Late comers will not be allowed strictly.
11. The allotted time for every event may vary depending upon the number of entry.
12. Judges/Organizer’s decision is final and binding on all participants.
13. Registration fee will be refundable only if The Phoenix Academy cancelled the event due to unavoidable circumstances.
