An Oratorical contest is conducted by the US Consulate General, Chennai in association with Anna University and Youth Link, an NGO, at TAG Auditorium, Anna University, Kotturpuram.
Participants will have three minutes to speak on the theme “I have a Dream. My Dream for India is …..”
Age Criteria: Between 18 years and 23 years.
