Kids competition at Brain e kids

Brain e kids, is a part of “Iken Braingym”, which is India’s first activity based learning center, pioneered by Mexus Education Pvt Ltd, an education innovations company that has been at the helm of creating futuristic education models based on affordable technology and engaging content.

Play group and Pre kg admissions are open all through the year and for Lkg and Ukg till August 10th only.

Started in 2010 it is our FIFTH ACADEMIC YEAR. As a part of celebration we are conducting Drawing, Colouring, Storytelling, Rhymes singing, Solo singing and Sloka recitation competitions , to let you explore the creativity in your children. We wish you to share this to all your near and dear ones. We are sure that you will make this a grand success.

Dessin School of Arts Painting Competition at Lalit Kala Academy on July 26, 2014

We the ‘Dessin School of Arts’ is 10 year old Chennai based art school having about 57 branches all over Tamil Nadu and also in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Painting competition on Energy Conservation 2014

The Ministry of Power Painting competition for students at the School, State and at National level for the year 2014 is announced.

The competition is being held in three stages, namely, School, State and National Level. Students of 4th, 5th and 6th standards under category ‘A’ and of 7th, 8th & 9th standards under category ‘B’ are eligible to participate in the competition.

School Principals have to organize Painting Competition at School level for 4th, 5th & 6th standard students under Category ‘A’ and for 7th, 8th & 9th standard students under Category ‘B’ of their respective school for 2-hour duration. Students can use any size of paper, but preferably A4 size drawing sheet, and students can pick any one of the following Theme Topics:

The children can use Pencil, Pencil Colour, Crayons, WaterColour etc. The children may consider the following points while painting.

• The entry can be poster or a painting.
• Use of Collage/Patchwork is not permitted.
• Individual Jury member will have to give marks (evaluate) to paintings on the following points to arrive at final decision.

i. Relevance of the theme depicting the selected topics.
ii. Execution of concept/theme.
iii. Overall visual appeal, handling of given space and use of appropriate colour combination.

Two best paintings along with information on the total no. of participants, percentage participation of students in both Categories i.e. ‘A’ & ‘B’ (as applicable) and send them to the address of the Nodal Officer (list attached) of their respective State/UT before 30th September, 2014.

Prize Details at the State Level Painting Contest:

The first, second and third prize winners of Category A will have to travel to New Delhi for the National Level Contest. Category B competition will terminate at the state level and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd paintings at the state level will be forwarded to Delhi for judging at the national level. NatQ Contest |Nature Quotient Contest 2014

Sruri Kendra launches Nature Quotient Contest 2014 for kids from 3rd std to 10th std.

Competitions range from drawing, story telling, essay writing, cartoon drawing, poster painting, skits and quiz.

Registration Fee Rs. 100/-

Resource material “Bhootha Yagna” is free for each registration. Competitions based on the book.

All participating student will get a certificate.

natq contest 2014

Sruti Kendra’s objective is to instil proper moral values in children to make them agents of change in our
society. Environmental protection is one of the important values.

Towards this, Sruti Kendra has brought out a deeply researched book for children, “Bhoota Yagna”
covering the five elements, plant and animal life. This book will be the main resource material for this
competition and will be given to each participant along with the registration.

This book is available in both English and Tamil versions. Another important objective of Sruti Kendra is
to bring value education to children from less privileged background and create this environmental
awareness in them also.
