Rules & Regulations :
- Any Five Asana, Eash asanas should be recorded as video.
- Each participant has to submit their video of 1 to 3 minutes.
- Each participant should briefly introduce himself/herself.
- Participants should tell the name of the asana and its benefits.
- Winners will be selected by Judged based on Performance, Appearance and Uniqueness
