Drawing Competition Rules
How to submit:

Capture your completed drawing as an image with the recommended size and format. Ensure Name and Age are written on the drawing sheet.

Do the payment through Google pay number: “9791512431”/ UPI ID: “vignesham2690@okhdfcbank” provided and capture the screenshot of the successful payment or share receipt.

Send the Image of the drawing along with Gpay screenshot/receipt through Whatsapp towards the number 9791512431.

You will get an acknowledgement via Whatsapp on successful submission.
Age Category:
The age classification for participants is divided into 3 categories. Participants must ensure to choose the right age category while uploading the submission.

Foundational (Age 5-8)

Preparatory (Age 9-12)

Juniors (Age 13-16)
Participation:

Entries must follow the competition theme – “Santa”

Participants can choose the drawing sheet & coloring tools of their choice.

Participants should write their name and age category on the drawing.

Files must be in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.
-
Files may not exceed 1-2MB.

Submission should be of original nature and not copyrighted.

No restriction on the number of submissions.
Deadline:

All entries will be accepted until 23:59 HRS IST of 31st Dec 2020.

Judging Criteria:
Once the submission deadline has passed, all submissions will be reviewed by the judges where winner are selected based on the follow:

Creativity and originality of the depicted theme.

Overall impression of the art.

Quality of the Image
Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Prizes:

Prizes are awarded per contest per age category.
1st Prize – Rs.500
2nd Prize – Rs.300
3rd Prize – Rs.200

E-Certificate will be issued to all participants; winners will receive E-Certificate & Cash prizes.

Results will be notified to all the participants on the provided WhatsApp number.
Organizers reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and refund will be issued for the successful submission.
