Inviting all young debaters to Melio’s first-ever online debating competition for 12-15 year olds with cash prizes of ₹7000 up for grabs! With 250+ speakers from 9 countries registering for our challenges, Melio is fast becoming the platform for young teens to hone their speaking skills and compete with the best, across countries!
Each debate will have two speakers, one speaking “for” the motion and one “against”. The time limit for this speech is 2.5 minutes (U16) and 2 minutes (U14). This is followed by each speaker getting 1 minute to make a rebuttal to their opponent’s speech.
This All-India competition will be conducted completely online across two rounds – qualifiers followed by a final round. The finals will be live streamed on a zoom link – open for everyone to view!
