Oviyavarnangal 2018 – Pre Event Series 1 – Coloring competition for LKG & UKG.

This year Oviyavarnangal 2018 is entering its 5th year. As part of celebrations, we are conducting various competitions, prior to the mega event, from July 2018.

The first such event would be for Tiny tots LKG & UKG.

Only Coloring Competion. Coloring Sheets will be provided at the venue. LKG – Any one fruit will be given. UKG – Any one flower will be given.

Competition Date: 21 Jul 2018 (Saturday). Two timings available (3:00 – 4:00 PM, 4:30 – 5:30 PM)

Registration Fee: Rs 100/- per participant

Separate Prizes for LKG & UKG. Number of consolation prizes depends on number of participants in each category (including both the batch timings)

Only 50 kids per batch in each class.

Only wax crayons or Oil pastels to be used. Other coloring aids will not be considered for judgement. Sketch pens can be used only for outlining.

Please bring exam pads. Wearing school ID or any name ID card is must

The payment instructions will be provided in an email after registration. Registration is must for participation.

Prize announcement will be displayed in the notice board of the academy by 6:30 PM and intimated by email. Prize distribution will be by 7 PM.
Judge decision is final.
