During the Fifth Anniversary of the Hepzibah Trust and the Hepzibah Institute of Heritage Conservation, a drawing competition for the school students is being conducted on 14th 15th, 21st and 22nd February 2015.
The title of the drawing competition is “A Blessed Family”.
The competition will be conducted at 21, V.O.C. Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Chennai-600 078.
The drawing competition will be conducted for four different groups. Each time 50 students only will be permitted.
L.K.G and U.K.G. Students – 14-02-2015, 10 to 11 am and 11.30 am to 12.30 pm
3rd and 4th Standard Students – 15-02-2015, 10 to 11 am, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm
5th and 6th Standard Students – 15-02-2015, From 2pm to 3 pm, 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm
7th and 8th Standard Students – 21-02-2015, 10 to 11 am, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm
9th and 10th Standard Students – 21-02-2015, From 2 to 3 pm, 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm
11th and 12th Standard Students – 22-02-2015, From 2 to 3 pm, 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm
If there is any difficulty in participating in the competition in the time and date specified, the participants may participate after informing the organizers. If two or more participants are joining the competition, then they also join the competition on one day they may inform the organizers. The students should either be accompanied by the teachers or parents.
It is also planned to conduct the art competition in suburban areas also if there is any request from the schools. Participants of the competition will be given only an A3 drawing sheet. Paint, brushes and other tools should be brought by the participants. They should take back the materials. Nobody will be allowed to help the participants. Neither the parents not teachers will be permitted into the hall.
The winners of the competition will be informed through their mobile/telephone number if they give their numbers. If the numbers are not given the information may kindly be got from the list in the office during office hours on Thursday, 5th March 2015 or telephoning to 044-4713239/24745944.
The prizes and certificates of participation will be given in the function which will be held at 4.00 pm on Sunday, 8th March 2015.
