Kids Contests

Kiddies Sports Meet 2017 by Vedanta Academy, Vanagaram.

The Kiddies Sports Meet will be held on December 10, 2017(Sunday) and is open for students of
Pre-KG to Class-III.

• Reporting time to the venue is 8.30am on 10-12-2017
• The Competitions will be conducted class wise
• Certificate and Medals will be given for first three position and participation certificate for all
• Individual championship Trophy will be presented to each group (boys/ girls separately)
• The Participants should report at least 20minutes prior to the event
• The students must bring school ID cards
• The decision of the organizing committee will be the final in all matters
• The Organizers have the rights to change the timing of events, if necessary
• The communications and entries should be addressed to the Principal / Physical Director
• The entry forms along with the prescribed entry fee should reach the Principal/ physical director on
or before 07-12-2017. Late Entry will not be accepted.

Rules for the Events
• Entry fee of Rs. 100/- per child should be paid on the day of submitting the entry form.
• A competitor can participate in a maximum of two individual events in their category
• No change is possible after the submission of entry forms
• Competitors must come in School uniform.
• Mark against each event (C) for competitors and (R) for reserve, in the entry form.
• Additional sheets may be enclosed if necessary.
• Only participants of the event announced will be allowed to enter the event arena.
• Points will be awarded for each event as follows (i) 5 points for the first place ,
(ii) 3 points for the second place (iii) 1 point for third place.
• The participants scoring the highest number of total points shall be declared as Individual Champion.
• Students can be accompanied by teachers or parents
