18th Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition is organized this year 2014.
The receipt of entries will start from 1st July 2014 to 31st October 2014.
The Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition has been held every two years since 1981.
There were 24,008 works for the 17th competition : 21,725 works from 91 countries and 1 region throughout the world 2,283 works from Kanagawa Prefecture.
Jury will select winners in February 2015 and the winners will be announced in March 2015 in the website.
There will Grand Prizes, Special Prizes and Selected Prizes.
Award Ceremony: end of June 2015

Travelling Exhibitions in Japan, Kanagawa: September 2015 to March 2016

The Kanagawa Biennial Children’s Art Exhibition is one of most largest platforms for children to show their talents from every corner of the world. I was also a winner of this competition twice (on the 12th Kanagawa Exhitibition in 2003, I got 7th place out of 38,000 pictures from 111 countries i.e., Special Prize Winner. In 2005, I got the Kanagawa Prize. (Title: Life Style in Country Side & My Seven Wonders).
Thanks for taking me back into my childhood memory.
